If you are having difficulties purchasing online or would prefer to order via the phone please call our sales team on UK local rate number ++44 (0)1582 722024, they will be happy to place your order for you. Please have your delivery, and payment details ready along with details of the items you wish to order.
Our phone lines are open between 9am - 5pm GMT (Monday to Friday). We have a voice-mail system outside these hours and will be happy to return your call as soon as we reopen.

Delivery
Sparkly Pink Designs aims to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, although please allow up to 14 days for made to order items.
We will contact you via email if there is any delay on the expected delivery time. Items which have been pre-ordered with an expected delivery date will be despatched as soon as the items become available, you will again be notified of any delay via email.
Returns Policy
If you are dissatisfied in anyway with the goods you have ordered, you can contact Sparkly Pink Designs to request a returns.

Please make sure you provide your order number, a list of all the items you wish to return, along with a reason against each item.
Sparkly Pink Designs can only accept a returned item which has been unworn, with all labels and cards intact within 28 days.
Sparkly Pink Designs can not accept returned items that have been made to order unless faulty.
We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service to return any items, if the items are lost in transit then no refund will be given and all claims should be taken up with the chosen delivery company.
Sparkly Pink Designs will refund the items returned as soon as possible but only upon satisfactory inspection.
We will send you an email to let you know when we have successfully/unsuccessfully processed your return.
